Poggioferro Tortello Festival
Every year, on the second and third weekend of May, the traditional Tortello Festival is celebrated in Poggioferro.
The star of the show is the tortello, a traditional dish from the Maremma Grossetana area, made with handmade pasta and filled with veal, chard, and fresh ricotta. It's served with meat sauce or butter and sage, for an authentic and irresistible flavor.
